Leaders of communities attend conferences to study The Eight Core Values. Pastors are able to attend Bible College, where they will study scripture, doctrine, and Biblical ways to lead a church.

Rural churches are being planted and shepherded by the Hope Team. The biggest opportunity in North India is the planting of small “Home Churches."
